Dear Parents and Staff,
Over the next several days the Bolinas-Stinson School District will be putting together a Task Force to help decide how school will reopen when the Department of Public Health modifies the shelter-in-place recommendation. This team will work together to assess information as it becomes available and make a recommendation to the Board of Trustees before the time comes to implement a plan. If you are interested in participating on this committee, please e-mail district secretary Johanna Scutt at johannas@bolinas-stinson.org.
Estimados padres y personal,
Please take the US Census! West Marin has one of the lowest response rates in the region and without your participation, schools and other government agencies risk losing funding. It's also important for ensuring that California is represented fairly in Washington DC. Here is a link: https://2020census.gov Thanks!

Last week the Bolinas-Stinson School District distributed hot spots to students who do not have reliable internet access. As predicted, there are some challenges in places where the signal is not strong. Getting every student on line with a reliable connection and a working device continues to be our goal and we are very close to achieving it.
After our initial hot spot distribution last week, we will work with families on a case- by -case basis to make sure that every student can access remote learning reliably.
If you or a student you know is having difficulty connecting, please call or TEXT 415-450-7324.
Thanks so much for your perseverance and patience during this time. The sacrifices you are making are having a real impact on slowing the pandemic making our community safer.
