Dear Bolinas Stinson School Families,
All SCHOOL ASSEMBLIES ARE BACK!
Students and staff are enjoying the return of our All School Assemblies. ML Bryan (5th & 6th grade teacher) and Lauren Pollak (1st grade teacher) are taking the lead on organizing fun cross-grade-level games for the students to get to know one another. A special thanks to the Kindergarten and 1st grade classes for their adorable and thoughtful presentation last week teaching us to Reduce, Reuse, & Recycle items before throwing them in the trash.
REMINDER ~ SIGN-UP FOR PARENT TEACHER CONFERENCES, NOVEMBER 15-19TH ~ EARLY DISMISSAL FOR ALL STUDENTS
All BSUSD teachers will be holding parent teacher conferences this week. Please be sure to sign up for either a virtual or in-person conference (with proof of vaccination on file with the school). This is an important time to connect with your child's teacher, ask questions, and get a clear picture of how your child is doing in school. Teachers will be sharing details about student progress and handing out 1st trimester report cards. Please be aware that no childcare will be available.
Students will be dismissed an hour early each day to accommodate the conference schedule. If your child rides the bus after school, we will be using the Wednesday afternoon one bus schedule all week.
BSUSD CORE ENRICHMENT SURVEY RESPONSES ARE IN!
Thank you for taking the Core Enrichment Survey. Please use this link to view the Core Enrichment Survey Results or Core Enrichment Survey Results in Spanish The Board of Trustees voted unanimously to pilot the Core Enrichment Plan / Core Enrichment Plan in Spanish this year. The results from the survey will also inform the board as they make important decisions regarding future Core Enrichment programs for our school. This survey was sent to all BSUSD staff and parents. A modified version will also be taken by our students (grades 5-8) this week.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions or suggestions. Wishing you and your family much love and laughter during the upcoming break!
Warmly,
Michelle
