In May, the k,1,2 classes have been learning the "backdrop vocabulary" for our newest TPR story: Rizos de Oro y los Tres Osos." We have been playing with models of beds (camas), bowls (platos), spoons (cucharras), chairs (sillas), and teddybears (osos). We have been talking about size: chiquito, mediano, and grande, and characteristics: hard (duro), soft (suave), and perfecto (perfect). Next step: reading the story!
