How to post single page documents from other programs

  1. Open the document you want to post in its original program (e.g. Word).
  2. Go to the File menu and select Print (command+P).
  3. In the lower-left of the print dialog, select PDF > Save as PDF... (see below)Save as PDF
  4. Save the PDF to your desktop.
  5. Go to your blog, create a new entry or edit an existing entry.
  6. Put the cursor in the blog where you want the image to appear, then click the media button (see below).media button
  7. BrowseClick the Choose File button and locate the PDF you saved to the desktop in step 4 (see right).
  8. Type a title in the Text Alternative box. and select how you would like the page to line up.
  9. Click the Insert button.
