1. Open the document you want to post in its original program (e.g. Word).
2. Go to the File menu and select Print (command+P).
3. In the lower-left of the print dialog, select PDF > Save as PDF... (see below)
4. Save the PDF to your desktop.
5. Go to your blog, create a new entry or edit an existing entry.
6. Put the cursor in the blog where you want the image to appear, then click the media button (see below).
7. Click the Choose File button and locate the PDF you saved to the desktop in step 4 (see right).
8. Type a title in the Text Alternative box. and select how you would like the page to line up.
9. Click the Insert button.

• Use the Paragraph Style button to select text size and style.
• Use the List Style button to create bulleted, numbered and indented lists.
• Use the Text Style button to select B, I, U, etc., etc.,etc.
• Use the Link button to create or edit links between web pages.
• Use the Media button to insert movies, pictures and sounds.
• Use the Attach button to attach a file; a .pdf, for example.
• Use the Table button to, uh, insert a table; click around and play with it.
• The last button is the beloved Edit HTML button for those who need more control or want to learn html.
