The Inauguration!

Wow! What an experience. Everywhere we go people are talking about change and hope. Here in the East it is a lot easier to notice the effects of the economy. Going out of Businesses sign, ridiculous sales. But people are still mostly upbeat.
We went into Washington DC today. It was brutally cold,windy and empty. We did get to watch Dick Cheney's motorcade leave the Capitol. Today Biden resigned from the Senate- we were hoping to see him but alas he and the other Senators were busy today!
