The Bolinas/Stinson School Community believes that each child is a unique individual with an enormous capacity to learn. The Community shall work together to help each child to:

• develop a lifelong love of learning
• think critically and creatively,
• master basic academic skills and strive for excellence
• build self-esteem, independence, responsible behavior and respect for others,
• develop a concern for the environment and awareness for the global community, and
• contribute to the community at large
